Every incoming shipment goes through visual inspection and date-code verification. For ICs, we can arrange external lab testing (X-ray, solderability, decapsulation) on request at additional cost. Parts that fail verification never ship to you — they’re held for replacement sourcing first.

It doesn’t ship. If a part fails our checks, we source a replacement from another channel before dispatching your order. If no replacement can be secured within the quoted lead time, we let you know immediately and discuss next steps together — we never ship questionable stock to fill an order.

Yes — this is one of our core strengths. We search the Shenzhen marketplace where end-of-life components often still circulate. We also have relationships with other global brokers for parts on long allocation.

T/T (bank transfer) is our standard payment method. For smaller orders, we accept PayPal and Alipay. For established clients, we can discuss Net 30 terms after a few successful transactions.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. DHL / FedEx / UPS express delivery usually takes 3–5 business days to most countries. Full tracking is provided via email.

No. Cosolvic is an independent distributor. We do not hold franchise agreements with component manufacturers. We source through Shenzhen’s established component marketplace. This is different from Mouser / DigiKey / Arrow but is often a better fit for shortage and obsolete parts.
